My reason(s) for applying for Biggest Loser are:
To lose weight; gain confidence to live my life the way I want to and have the confidence to approach new people and hopefully to start a relationship.
I first realized I was overweight and needed help when:
I went to the shops and thought I could still fit into a size 16 and realised that I was actually a 22! I also knew I was overweight when guys were not interested in meeting me or dating me because of my size.
I hope to lose weight but gain:
My life back! Learn how to love and respect myself.
The previous contestant I have found inspiring was (and why?)
Mel (Season 2); Mel didn’t come into the house with a lot of weight to lose but was a strong member who was needed by the rest of her team. She was also so positive and supportive- I want to be like that!
The best part of being on Biggest Loser is:
Having the opportunity to meet new people and have the chance to concentrate on myself and my weight loss
I am preparing myself for this journey by:
Staying positive and being true to myself.
I think the most difficult part of being on Biggest Loser will be:
Being a part from my family and friends and he tough exercise regime.
My biggest weakness is:
Emotional eating (boredom, stress, happy or sad. ) I will also eat anything.
Some bad habits I would like to get rid of are:
Emotional eating and biting my nails.
The one thing I want Australia to know about me is that:
I have a strong personality and will stand up for myself and do what I need to do to lose weight.
I think I will win the Biggest Loser because:
I am determined to do what I need to do to win. I will not stop or give up.
One thing I have never done because I was overweight and will do once I loose the weight will be to:
Going shopping in any shop to get clothes that I know will fit and to have the confidence to go out with my friends to go ‘clubbing’ and meet new people.
