The Commando: "hard but fair."
The Commando is back once again to push the contestants to their breaking points and beyond!
With years of physical and mental training under his belt, the Commando is one seriously experienced fitness expert. He has served with the Australian Special Forces, where he was a Counter Terrorism Team Commander. Having spent ten years training soldiers for Special Forces missions, the Commando definitely knows how to whip the Biggest Losers into shape and it’s not always pleasant! After all, this is a man whose personal motto is “No excuses”.
With the Commando, the contestants will learn what hard work and determination is, as well as develop the discipline and motivation they need to last the distance. “Physically and psychologically demanding,” is how the Commando describes his training experience. “But you will come away from it with a wealth of knowledge to progress in not just your fitness but life.”
According to the Commando, the most important thing to keep in mind when it comes to fitness is “Knowledge: knowledge is power; power to perform; power to achieve”.
