It’s definitely been an experience in the outback, there’s no doubt about it.

I have so much living to do, rather than eating.

I think they just liked scaring the life out of me.

You hit the deck and you can’t believe you’re still alive.

I’m thinking about going to New Zealand for the honeymoon.

It’s really hard here. Joey’s more of an outdoorsy sort of bloke than I am, I’m more of a hotel, city kind of guy.

This week has been my best one so far

It was nice to feel like a lady, not a training machine.

It’s been a really good week for discovering new things about myself.

I feel like someone has flicked a switch within me.

I got to feel the baby move which was amazing.

Joe will probably be in the final four.

I’ve got 10kg to go until I’ve reached my goal.

We had temptation this week and I decided to have a crack at it.

This weigh-in will be tough.

I’ve almost lost 30kg

My injuries are definitely improving. I’ve still got some restrictions.

Welcome to Biggest Loser. It’s not a holiday camp.

It’s the second week in the row I’ve won Biggest Loser.

Daina got voted out this week, which wasn’t too good. But she wanted to go instead of me

It’s been very interesting since the last elimination, since Chris has left.

For the first time, I was horrified at where I let myself get to.

I don’t want to be the reason why my brother goes home.

It was the hardest thing we’ve done since being in here.

The tyre challenge was pretty tough, but everyone did so well.

We had that massive immunity challenge the other day.

Weigh-ins are horrible.

When you see me on TV and it looks like I’m dying, it’s because I was.

I’m a huge Bulldogs fan

I was going well in the challenge before I slipped and hurt my ankle.

The first time as a single in the weigh-in is a bit scary, I won’t have Chris there to throw a glance at, but that’s just part of the game.

I’ve got less chin and more bones are sticking out!

We did the temptation but we missed out, so I had to eat 1200 calories, a Mexican pudding which nearly killed me.

It’s a pretty big thing for me to be able to fit into a Rabbitohs t-shirt...

It’s not bad training with Shannan, he’s definitely different to Michelle.

When we were taking the temptation I had a ‘light bulb’ moment.

I’m a bit nervous but I should be alright this week...

There’s also been a lot of talk about alliances, which has been really, really tough.

At the end of the day if I go home, there’s worse things than can happen!

I had my beautiful wife here, Karen, who I call Turbo Chucky Doll and my little kids, Maverick and Memphis.

We had Michelle training us over the past week and she’s been hammering us.

Congratulations Melinda, I can’t wait to come home and see little Heidi.

I’ve had a few producers telling me that I’m now starting to sound like Shannan.

Hopefully I’m here long enough to do the 21km and medically able to do that one.

I would like to have lost 4kg this week, but I don’t know, so I’m very anxious.

I’m still missing home, heaps. Everyone is.

I missed out on the 10km marathon which was hard, sitting on the sidelines.

This week’s been all about getting rid of my demons

It was really surreal because it was like, ‘I actually did that! I actually ran 10km!’

This end of the week is always tough, going into the weigh-in.

Wayne gave me a phone call this week, which was amazing.

We’ve been here for a while now and it just feels really good how quickly you can become fitter and stronger.

In this last week or so, we’ve had a pretty tough time of it.

It’s the first time in about 13 years I’ve won something like that, so it was a real thrill.

It’s just been an emotionally and physically draining week.

We had the brain and brawn challenge and won!

Everything in the house is a bit of a rollercoaster at the moment.
