A Fellow of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) and Associate Professor in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle, Dr Clare Collins knows that when people are having health and weight issues, reviewing their diet and improving the quality of the food they eat can achieve amazing results.

She is well known throughout Australia for her nutrition expertise and has been a Spokesperson for DAA for 10 years. She is an active member of DAA and chaired the development of the Best Practice Dietetic Guidelines for the Management of Overweight and Obesity for Adults.
