If you're over 18 and have a weight loss story of your own that you'd like to share, enter now, all you need to do is:

- Upload one BEFORE and one AFTER weight loss photo of yourself (jpeg format)

- Write a synopsis of your weight loss journey and how long it took you to lose the weight.

- Indicate the amount of weight you lost.

- Indicate what weight you were before you lost weight and the current weight you are now.

It is not a requirement of entry that that your weight loss occur during the promotional period.

Chosen entries will be uploaded onto The Biggest Loser Before and After Gallery. Once live, our audience can post messages of support to congratulate you on your efforts.

Everyone who shares their story on The Biggest Loser gallery will receive a free Aeroplane Jelly Lite sample.
